Echoes in the Grain

Fine Art Print

This art piece focuses attention on the critically endangered Regent Honeyeater, the endangered Glossy Black Cockatoo, and the vulnerable Eastern Pygmy-possum. The work incorporates an array of native flora species from the critically endangered Eastern Suburbs Banksia Scrub vegetation community. Together these species symbolise the importance of diversity and variation within natural ecosystems. Trees form the structural backbone of these environments, and the layers hidden within their trunks quietly record the passage of time and the stories of the landscapes they sustain.
The work comes with a detailed certificate of authenticity outlining all the fauna and flora species within the art work.
The original artwork was created by Justin Paolucci using pigment ink, fine-liner, watercolour and coloured pencil, and is now available as a museum-quality archival reproduction prints.
